B2B terms & conditions

As a B2B customer, the conditions for regular customers do not apply. This means your company becomes responsible for the products it purchases on our webshop. Additionally, B2B customers do not have the right to return products. Bodymod will help you if there are any manufacturing defects on your purchases or in case the products have suffered damage during shipping. However, your company is responsible for any claims from your customers, including guarantee rights. For that reason, your customers should be instructed on how to correctly use and clean the jewelry. Being a B2B customer, you can purchase Bodymod’s jewelry at much lower prices than the regular retail price. Keep in mind that the only shipping method available to B2B customers is DHL Express. We also offer our same-day shipping service to B2B customers, which means we deliver your purchased products to DHL the same day you place your order. However, orders containing more than 30 items should be placed at least 30 minutes before our packaging time limit, which is at 2 pm. If not, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping, although we will try our best! Additionally, B2B customers have a minimum purchase amount of €50 per order. The discounts and campaigns available to our regular customers do not apply to B2B accounts. Being a B2B customer at Bodymod, you enjoy a wide array of benefits, and our customer service team is always ready to support you. If you have any problems with an order, a specialized agent will try to find a solution as soon as possible.
