Quality, because the jewelry is made exclusively of titanium, both the bar and the cluster ends. They're clusters because they consist of a group of both rocks and small spheres. There's a bigger stone in the middle and two smaller ones next to it. The small spheres are mounted on the stones, making the whole piece of jewelry look like a cluster of stones and balls. The stones are mounted on the steel, which is flat at the back. Thus, the jewelry settles on your breast, depending on where exactly the piercing was made on your nipple.

The ends are so-called push-in ends, which have no thread nor any other locking mechanism. They consist of a small pin that needs to be slightly bent so that it can be stuck inside the 0.02" (0.55 mm) hole. Once the ends are in place, they remain secure and do not just fall out. If they become a little loose after you have pulled them in and out a few times, you can put the pin halfway into the bar and bend it a little, so that the pin fits inside the bar again with renewed tension.
