The barbell has a length of approx. 1/4" (6 mm) and a gauge of 16g (1.2 mm), so it will fit ear piercings made with a needle. The head of the screw is approx. 1/4" x 5/16" (7 x 7.5 mm) in total. It has a star head, so it looks 100% real.
The other part is 11/16" x 3/16" (17 x 4 mm) and stands for the body and tip of the screw, about to be unscrewed. When you put it on, your piercing will hide the bar in the middle, so it looks like a real screw going through your ear.

I love it

I love it!
It looks like I have a screw in my ear! It was a bit crooked, maybe that's the point? Anyway, it's really nice and it doesn't poke or anything, which I was worried about :)
