It looks beautiful, I ordered it in gold with a pink stone. After a few months of wearing (about 4), the gold color has faded a bit, so the piercing no longer has that shiny gold color, but rather a darker bronze color. The stone has become dirty and doesn't sparkle as much as it did in the beginning, and it can't really be cleaned, nothing. For me, it's okay, but after a few months of wearing (and cleaning) both the color and the stone lose their original hue. (I have this problem with the silver stone and the turquoise one too.)
