Tight screw
I ordered several sizes for different areas and love the quality, but one of them came so tight that I can't unscrew the tip at all, so that was the only one I couldn't use.

I wear it as a nose stud with a 3x3 mm attachment, 6 mm in length and 1 mm in thickness. Fits perfectly and the spike is not too big. Unfortunately, it is only available in this configuration in 'natural' (steel color).
