This tongue barbell is made of surgical steel and has the standard measurements of tongue barbells so it will fit most piercings perfectly.
The top ball is a cross, but it's not possible to unscrew it. The bottom ball has a diameter of 3/16" (5 mm).

doesn't look as good as in the picture
Instead of 'lapiņu', there is a large triangle at the ends of the cross. It's not as good as in the picture, but it's okay.
