This one is nice, but the edges of the ball are a bit sharp, so I at least got a sore on the roof of my mouth.

The piercing is very nice, but the ball is a bit large and the edges where it is steel are a bit sharp. Not sharp enough to poke yourself, but when the piercing is rubbed around in the palate, it can become a bit sore over time.
