The barbell is made of surgical steel, but instead of a top ball, it has a bicolor capsule made of acrylic, a safe material that protects your gums and teeth. Acrylic is a plastic material that apart from being nickel-free, it's the best option for your tongue piercing.

The size of the bicolor capsule is inspired by real capsules of 5/8" (16 mm) in length and a thickness of 3/16" (5 mm). However, it has little to do with regular medicines. This original capsule is available in seven different color combinations. One half of the pill is white in all the models, while you can choose the color of the other half from a selection of colors.
