The barbell you see here is probably mostly for ear piercings due to its dimensions. The bar is only 1/4" (6 mm) long and 16g (1.2 mm) thick. It has a ball in the front and the back that is approximately 5/32" (4 mm). The ball in the front has a small bezel-set clear stone. Under the same ball sits a free-hanging cross, which will move side to side following the movements of the body. The cross is approximately 20 mm high (just short of 13/16") and 1/2" (12 mm) wide, and it's available in three different colors. The color you select covers the whole piece of jewelry, so if you choose the black model, the cross, the bar, and the balls will be black. However, the stone will always be clear in all the models.

Wear the jewelry in the helix, antihelix, or maybe in the tragus. The most important thing is that the dimensions of the jewelry match the dimensions of your piercing.
