It's available in sizes starting from 6g (4 mm) all the way up to a size as big as a beer mug. In other words, you need a stretched hole in the ear of at least 6g (4 mm). 

This plug is made of saba wood, a reddish-brown wood. The veins of the wood run softly across the surface and shade in the reddish-brown colors, ranging from light brown to almost dark red. The plug is double flared, which means that it has a slight arc on the edge so that it fits your ear comfortably.
