This septum ring is available in two different versions that differ in diameter and gauge size. The model with a diameter of 5/16" (8 mm) has a gauge of 18g (1 mm), while the model of 3/8" (10 mm) has a gauge size of 16g (1.2 mm).
This septum ring doesn't have a closing mechanism: you need to torque the ends in opposite directions to put it in your piercing or take it out. We recommend that you do not pull the ends apart sideways, because the C shape of the ring will be distorted.
