Terms & Conditions

Same day shipping

If you order on business days (Mo - Fr), before 16.00 CET (Priority) or 15.00 CET (DHL Express and Fedex), we will send your order on the same day.

Order placed during the weekend/holidays

If you order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll ship your order on the next business day. We often prepare orders on weekends and holidays, but unfortunately they cannot be picked up by shipping companies until the next business day.

Business days

A business days is considered from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery times are calculated based on average delivery times of previous orders. That means that the actual delivery time can change from time to time if problems occur that the shipping company cannot prevent. For example, changing weather conditions, sickness, strikes, breakages, etc. The delivery time is calculated from the day you receive the shipping confirmation per email.

Our customer service center as well as our warehouse is closed on the following holidays:

During this time, we will neither be able to ship products nor respond to emails. All orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
