Great helix, but it should really come for the left and right ear. I ordered, I have helix in my right ear, and it doesn't fit at all when the little star is on top. There are things to watch out for with multiple helix jewelry - think about which way the curve goes, if it’s a piece designed in a way that distinguishes 'up and down'.
