I ordered it to use as an earring in a completely normal hole in the earlobe because I was tired of earrings with clasps that fall off. It works really well. Titanium is a beautiful material, and the "back side" actually functions as visible. It seems to be really good quality. The "back side" is about 4 mm wide.

I use it as an earring in a regular ear piercing because I was tired of earrings that kept falling out. It works very well. Titanium is a great material, and the back works as it should. It seems to be of really good quality.
