Very nice, but the screw part is too large
Love the look, but the screw is too big. When you have it in, the screw sticks out of the nostril. If you angle it up so that the screw sticks up into the nostril, it's very uncomfortable.

This is really perfect. I've been wearing it for almost a year and it hasn't faded at all. The screw shape ensures that it never accidentally falls out, and the flat head makes it beautifully elegant and simple. For this price, it's really great!
