Works great! I bought it for my new job with stricter rules regarding piercings and didn't want my stretched septum to risk shrinking. If you have the "spikes" facing down, it is visible from the side, but you just need to turn them upwards, and it becomes completely invisible.

You can't feel it when you wear it, and it's practically invisible once turned inside out. At first, I was using a curved barbell as a retainer (pretty uncomfortable), but this has nothing to envy.
