Circular barbell internally threaded with round stones

This circular barbell is similar to regular horseshoes, except for the stones. There is a difference in the way the stones are screwed and the fact that they are facing down.

Although the barbell suits well in the septum, the stones will be facing down. Therefore, this piece might look better in the ear piercing, as you can see in the picture. But this is up to you - you can use it wherever you like, as long as its dimensions and shape match your piercing. 

This barbell is internally threaded, which means that each stone has a small rod that is screwed into the circular bar. This reduces the risk of scraping the skin around your piercing during insertion.
