Keyhole hanger made of surgical steel with abalone

A hanger is a type of jewelry that hangs from an ear gauge or stretching. One of the characteristics of a hanger is that it's not available in as many sizes as other pieces like tunnels and plugs because the decorative part doesn't go through the stretching. Due to that, you can use this hanger if your earlobe has a minimum gauge of 00g (10 mm). The bigger your stretching, the more it will hang. If your ear gauge is larger, for example, 13/16" (20 mm), the jewelry won't fall out. This kind of hanger is called keyhole because it reminds of the hole where we insert the keys to open a door. Both sides of the hanger are embellished with an abalone decoration, so you can use it in both ears, left or right. Since abalone or mother of pearl is an organic material, one should expect variations between different models.
