Very easy to put on. I ordered one that was 8mm in length, but unfortunately it was too small... I guess I'll have to order a longer one next time :)

I have replaced 5 of my earrings with these. I often have allergy problems with various earrings, but I have had no reaction to these! I use 6mm length both for the earlobe and down along the top of the ear. It's smart to get a cheap 'taper' if you have only used regular earrings until now, as these are much thicker.
