A bit difficult to get in, but otherwise super comfortable. I barely notice that I have it in.

It is small and stiff; I found it quite difficult to insert at first, but that may be partly because my septum is quite wide, and also because it takes a little time to find a good technique. However, I have been able to insert it, and that's really cool. For me, I turn the ends upward so they don't pinch, and it's otherwise quite comfortable to wear.
