Very practical for gently enlarging earlobe piercings. I wear them for a few days until I get used to them, and then I replace them with plugs of equivalent diameter (also bought on Bodymod). Then I start the process again with a larger size when the time comes (minimum one month of rest between two enlargements). I think it is essential to use plugs in parallel because the thinnest diameters are very sharp and can sometimes be uncomfortable.
