Is this one suitable for sleeping? I chose to buy this as a temporary solution for family gatherings, but I also bought another model because I'm not quite sure this one is suitable for sleeping, especially since it only has one rubber ring.

Best investment I've made in a long time
I can't praise the retainer enough. It's simply amazing. I'm not allowed to have piercings at work, but I've been allowed to keep my tongue piercing as long as I use a retainer. So I am extremely satisfied with the product. The price only makes it even better. Five stars from me.

Works as described!
I was a bit mistrustful at first about this jewelry, but I am by no means anymore. I was going to visit my family, and they are not really fond of the idea of a tongue piercing. But they didn't notice it at all! So it was just perfect!
