Delivery Time
When you order products from Bodymod, it’s our goal to process your order as fast as possible and to ship it on the same day. If you order during the workweek (Mo-Fr) before 15:00, we’ll send your order on the same day. However, for express shipping methods, orders must be completed before 1pm on working days in order to be shipped the same day. If you order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll ship your order on the next business day. We often prepare orders on weekends and holidays, but unfortunately they cannot be picked up by shipping companies until the next business day.

* Delivery times are calculated based on average delivery times of previous orders. That means that the actual delivery time can change from time to time if problems occur that the shipping company cannot prevent. For example, changing weather conditions, sickness, strikes, breakages, etc. The delivery time is calculated from the day you receive the shipping confirmation per email.
Our customer service center as well as our warehouse is closed on the following holidays. During this time, we will neither be able to ship products nor respond to emails. All orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
