This nose screw or corkscrew is made of 14-karat gold. The name has nothing to do with the shape of the stud; it refers to the movement you need to make to put it in your nose piercing. Half the stud is straight, and the other half has a hook shape. The straight part is 1/4" (6 mm) and holds a lovely triangular stone with a diameter of approximately 1/8" (3 mm), with a three-prong setting, one for each side.
