Description
This labret is made of titanium, one of the most durable and highly recommended materials for piercing. It's internally threaded, meaning the post has an internal thread. The top is equipped with a threaded rod screwed into the post, avoiding scraping the skin when you insert the labret into your piercing.
The top design features a flower flanked by 2 accompanying stones making the front length around 14mm. The flower measures 4mm, with the other 2 stones on either side at 2mm, respectively.

I bought the 6 mm version of Helix, I was worried it would be too big or that 6 mm would be too small... but everything is fine, it’s a stylish piece. The 6 mm sits nicely on the ear, it doesn’t stick out like the 8 mm in the helix.

More beautiful than I thought
I bought it for the earlobe, I was afraid it wouldn't look good. I couldn't have been more wrong, it's very nice, not too big, and the stones sparkle beautifully, it doesn't have a 'costume jewelry' effect. It adorns the ear nicely.
