Choose the length of your barbell from 3/8", 1/2", 9/16", or 5/8" (10, 12, 14, or 16 mm). The standard length for tongue piercings is 5/8" (16 mm).
All the barbells have a gauge of 14g (1.6 mm).
We don't recommend gold-plated barbells for new piercings. It's better to wait until the piercing has healed completely.
