I bought this for my new job that does not allow visible facial piercings. It doesn't fall out easily, which is nice since I've had that problem with some other nose jewelry, and it's almost completely unnoticeable. Unfortunately, it reflects light, so I usually put a bit of powder on it to make it less noticeable. The material works well for shorter use, but I probably wouldn't recommend it as a full-time piercing since plastic is not so good for that, especially if it's newer. But it works great for shorter sessions!
