This piece of jewelry is really simple regarding both design and functionality for a reason: there is no thread.

You can use this nipple barbell by simply pulling one end with three small stones out of the shaft, inserting it in your piercing, and pushing the end back in. The small shaft holds the end securely in place. It may look like it's not very tight, but calm down -- it's firmly attached and it won't just fall out. Should it eventually become easier to take out, you can slightly bend the end against the shaft so that it creates better tension inside. That way, you can adjust it the way you like.

This barbell is made of titanium, one of the best materials you can offer your nipples. The clear stones at each end are made of cubic zirconia stones set in the metal. The bigger stone measures 3.9 mm and the smaller ones 2.9 mm. There is also a variety of stone colors to choose from.
