This ointment is simply amazing, it heals my keloids on my nipples that I couldn't get rid of until now. I also use it to stretch one of my lobes and it's even better than regular petroleum jelly. I give it 4 stars because I have a big issue with the packaging. The pouch is convenient due to its small size, but even using it 2x a day on the keloids and 1x a day on the lobe, the packaging starts to deteriorate. I only cut one corner which I fold neatly after each use, the paper is starting to get damp all over the pouch. A tube would ultimately be more practical even if it raises the price.
