Delivery & Tracking

You can track your order's delivery status by clicking the "Track Order" button in the shipment confirmation email you receive once your order has been dispatched. If tracking hasn’t been updated on the carrier’s website, there’s no need to worry! Please allow a few more days for updates to appear.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. This applies Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

If you are ordering to any country within the European Union, there are no additional costs/duties once your order has been submitted. Customers ordering from non-EU countries may be liable to pay additional taxes/duties before their order can be delivered.

Please wait a few more days. Sometimes it is delivered later than the tracking shows. You should also check with neighbours in case they accepted it or received it by mistake.
