I ordered it for my daith piercing 3 years ago. The previous one was medical metal, which often caused my ear to get inflamed. It was a bit tricky to change it by myself, but it was doable. Since then, there has been no irritation, and my piercing has healed perfectly. The ring has never opened on its own, it hasn't worn out, and it's still in excellent condition.
