I bought two stars, one black and the other silver, for my helix. I chose 6mm, screwing the star on was a bit tricky because it’s really small and the bar is the right length (it has a little play, but not much), it requires patience, but the result is really cute.

Arm yourself with plenty of patience!
Arm yourself with a lot, a lot of patience because the little star is really tiny and therefore difficult to put on. The quality is top-notch, the threading is perfect, and the color, as I have already seen with other body mod piercings in rose gold, leans more towards gold than pink. The result is truly cute, it takes either a decent amount of dexterity or a lot of patience to put it on, but it's worth it. The length of 4mm I put in the lobe fits perfectly; it might have been easier to put the earring on in the 6mm size. Nevertheless, despite the difficulties, I recommend it!
