I was initially worried that there was too little space between the nipple and the arch, but it fits perfectly... of course, it also depends on anatomy. The balls were difficult to unscrew at first, but that changes after the first screwing on and off. Beautiful and well-crafted.

Questionable quality of the barbell
Beautiful jewelry, the shield remained in good condition, but the balls release patina and irritate the piercing. Mine were close to inflammation, but I realised in time that the problem was in the jewelry. If you want to buy, I recommend using the shield in a preferred barbell.
