I bought this and other nose screws, I have to be honest, for my tragus, because I have serious difficulties screwing them on with labret and barbell, and I have to say that with the nose screws I have practically solved the problem! Elegant, simple to put on and take off for cleaning, and they never fall out of the ear! I am very satisfied.
