Beautiful but with some flaws
I purchased two of these 10 mm tunnels. Great material and a really beautiful colour, just like most Bodymod products. Unfortunately, in my case, the threading on one of the two was stripped, and thus the part that is supposed to close keeps coming off. Given the price of the jewelry, this is a significant problem as it renders it unusable. What a shame.

Balls and good to wear
These tunnels are the ones I use the most, they're comfortable to wear and look cool. The material is good for the ears and I haven't experienced any problems along the way. They're a bit tricky to put on when it comes to the screw because it can often get stuck if you slightly miss the screw pattern, so I end up standing and struggling a bit to get them screwed on properly. Otherwise, I think they're great and I'd recommend them to everyone out there. They're worth the money.
