I have four holes, so in the fourth hole I added a labret bar with internal threading, the smallest variant with a bead in the same color, to complete my beautiful star trail! I'm absolutely thrilled. Fast delivery, everything is great. Looks just like in the picture. I only had problems at the beginning getting the balls loose. I had to be very careful with a small pair of pliers to loosen them a bit. Of course, I wrapped the ball in a paper towel to avoid damaging it beforehand. Once that was accomplished, I needed to be patient a bit longer to screw it back onto my ear. Now everything looks fantastic, and I'm really happy.
