It's made of surgical steel and features balls of 1/8" (3 mm) in diameter in the center of each hoop, just like real cartilage rings.

Very nice, but be careful with the type of ears.
Very beautiful fake ear piercing. I recommend it for the upper part of the ear, where it is wider. If you have ears without wider edges, it won't hold and will fall off. It can't be squeezed to grip better. I recommend it anyway!
