Comfortable. While the metal labret pressed against the cushion (tragus), this piercing does not press at all.

Good jewelry even though the thread is external. I used this when my new piercing was irritated, and it started to heal normally during use. Really good. Saved the piercing hole.

One broke immediately
I ordered 9 of these and on one of them the ball cracked after wearing them for less than 24 hours. I contacted the company and received a refund for that, which is great. But I would recommend ordering extras in case they break.
