Very good!
The top (with the gem) is slightly hard to get out of the actual stem when putting in the ear, but very secure and peace of mind once in the ear. Really lovely quality and style.

The labret you can see in the picture is similar to regular labrets with stones. The difference is that this labret is threadless; it's a push-in labret, with a post in which you push the top. The gem is stuck on a small pin that goes into the bar. The pin is, as you can see in the picture, slightly curved, so it fits tightly in the post. It has the advantage that no thread can scrape the skin around your piercing.
It's available in a variety of lengths, and two ball diameters. All the models have in common the gauge size, 16g (1.2 mm), and that they're made of surgical steel. Luckily, you can choose both the length and the diameter of the top that you want.
You can wear this labret stud in many different piercings. The most popular is ear piercings, both the helix and tragus, but you can also use it in the lip. As you may know, you can wear it in any piercing as long as the dimensions are appropriate.
