The tongue may not be a suitable option, but apart from that, circular barbells look especially stunning in the tragus and helix piercings; without forgetting the septum piercing, of course.
Like other barbells, this circular barbell has a ball on each end. The only difference between this and other barbells is the color. Regular colors are metallic, but this barbell has a beautiful coating of matte black. This is a discreet but modern color.
