The front part has a five-pointed star in a black circle. The star has a silver-plating color that contrasts with black and gives it a radical effect.
Both the front and back parts have a black surface. In the world of ear gauges, o-rings make sure the plug won't come out of the stretched ear, and these black surfaces look like those o-rings. When you put this item on your earlobe, it will look as if you had a real plug; it's actually very difficult to see the difference.
