Order Issues

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped by the time you contact us. Once shipped, you can only wait until it arrives so you can return it back to us.

If you are missing anything from your order or your jewellery is faulty or your jewellery arrived broken, please contact us with a photo/video of the problem. Contact details are further below.
