Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 100 days if they are still in their original sealed packet.

How to return?

1. Log into your online account

2. Go to 'My returns'

3. Click 'Create return'

4. Follow the on-screen prompts and questions

The online process will guide you through the steps.

Your return will submit to our team for approval.

Once approved, you will be notified to send the item/s to us, and to use a padded envelope or ensure you have sufficiently packed the products to protect them during transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service. If the items are lost or damaged during transit, we cannot refund you.

Please do not send items that are not approved or awaiting approval.

Non-EU countries

Please follow the customs processes for your country, to send something to us. You must complete a customs declaration form to attach to your return. If it is incomplete or not sent, customs could stop and return your parcel to you. The customs declaration and your order invoice must be attached to the outside of your parcel. The forms need to be visible to customs.

2. Download, print, and fill out our return form, and put it inside the padded envelope. Our address is written in this form. Please fill it out and send it along with the products you are returning.

3. Send your parcel to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service. If it is lost on the way to us, we cannot refund you.

Refunds go back to the original form of payment once the item or order is received by our team and provided our return criteria has been met. Credits take between 1-6 days depending on your account and payment method.

We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return your goods within 100 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
