The jewelry you see here is intended for use in a nipple piercing. It is designed as a dagger that goes through your nipple. On one end of the barbell is the blade of the knife, and on the other end sits the handle. In the center of the handle is a fiery red stone.
This jewelry is available in three different colors: a glossy version, a gold color version, and a dark version. The darkness of the last model can be hard to describe, as it's neither black nor grey -- it's somewhere in between, like hematite. All models are 100% identical, the only difference is the color.
You can use the barbell in both the right and the left nipple, as they have the same look if you turn the arrow in the opposite way.
