To place an order, you must own and have ready a valid payment method acceptable to us. Suppose unforeseen difficulties arise or unsatisfactory credit information about the payer is obtained after the acceptance of the order, we will be entitled to cancel the confirmed order and be exempt from liability.

When placing an order on this site, you undertake that all details provided to us are genuine and accurate, that you are the legal user of the payment method used to place your order, and that the funds are sufficient to cover the cost of the order. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and is not to be seen as an order confirmation. A contract between us for purchasing the goods only happens once we have charged your chosen payment method.


Our prices are quoted on our website. We will occasionally change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force. Where applicable, prices include VAT, GST, or sales tax, but exclusive of shipping cost.

While we do our best to make sure that all information, details, prices, descriptions, and stock levels that are shown on Bodymod are correct, errors can occur. If we spot a mistake, we will inform you of this ASAP and usually with a proposed solution that we can both agree on. If we have already received your payment but need to issue a refund, we will refund it to the payment method you used.


Upon receiving your order, our Payment Service Providers carry out a standard authorization check on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds to fulfill the order. Your order will be ready for our team to pick and pack once this authorization has been completed. Your payment method will be debited once the order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse. If you pay with a debit card, the payment will usually be reserved on your account per your card's terms until we capture or decline the payment. Bodymod accepts only the payment methods available on our final checkout page.

At Bodymod, your payment is safe and entirely encrypted by SSL and only through world-class PSPs, so you should have nothing to worry about.


We ship all items in secure packaging. You may choose your desired shipping method during checkout. The shipping expense will depend on the size of your order and delivery terms. We cover any damage to the product during shipping and will usually ship you a replacement if needed. If you spot a problem with your product upon receiving it, it is essential that you document it and contact us before you open the bag. If you have yet to report any product problems within 14 days of arrival, we will consider them to be delivered in complete working order.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability, but we strive to ship your order within 24 hours. It goes for all regular business days*. Any suggested or displayed delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays, for which we are not responsible. Note that the shipping methods have different "cut-off times". We always prioritize them so that most customers get their parcels quickly. By the cut-off time, we mean that the various shipping providers collect the parcels at our warehouse at different times. Thus, we pick, pack, and ship to get the most parcels shipped with each provider, serving you and others as fast as possible.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have the correct shipping address provided and that the shipping address fully complies with the postal service's guidelines of choice. You must provide this during the time of the order placement. It is generally impossible to do so, but if you spot any errors, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

Furthermore, your mailbox must be unobstructed and emptied to fit the parcel. It should indicate the address in full and usually also have the recipient's name on it.

Suppose an order is not deliverable or collected by you at a designated pick-up point for any reason and thus returned to us. In that case, we, unfortunately, cannot accept it as a standard return. This is because we will be charged extra by the shipping company for the return. In such a case, we must cancel your order minus the return postage. The return postage is usually 10€ for a standard shipment and 29€ for express shipments. We can reship the order to you. However, you will need to pay the shipping fee for us to send it again, plus the cost the postal services charge us for processing the return (usually the same as the shipping fee).

*Our warehouse is open during regular business days, and the various shipping operators collect from the warehouse. It is Monday to Friday, except for the dates listed via the link here.


If a problem occurs after opening the sealed bag, we will treat it as a regular product complaint and try to help you in the best way possible. However, we do not cover damages the end-user has caused, nor can we help you if you lose a ball, lock, or any other part of the product. You must ensure you don't screw on the balls/locks too hard or too weak. You might end up breaking the jewelry or losing a part, for which we cannot be held liable.

If you receive a defective product, only return it after contacting our customer support team and getting approval. Returns of faulty items must always be pre-approved. If we receive a defective product that our team has not pre-approved, we assume it broke during the return process, for which you are liable, and treat it as such.


You have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification. But as we believe in our products and want you to be sure that you are happy with your product, we have extended this return period to 100 days after our shipping date.


Most of our products are shipped in individually sealed pouches. With it, we can guarantee that another person did not wear the product before you. If you break, damage, or tamper with this seal, there is no right of withdrawal.

We hope you understand why we have such a strict security policy, as you wouldn't want to wear piercings that a stranger previously used, as this could potentially be a severe health hazard.


You can cancel an order and let us know you wish to return it by giving us a clear message stating your wish to cancel. You can send a letter or an email informing us of your wish to regret the purchase to Bodymod, Stapelholmer Weg 28-30, 24963 Tarp, Germany, or [email protected]. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the order. You can also use the legal standard return form, shown at the end of the Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.


If you need help with a product, then please contact us within a reasonable time for us to find a quick and suitable solution for you. We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible. This is especially the case if the product was damaged during shipping. If you contact us within 14 days after arrival, it will always be seen as reasonable.


If you return your entire order, we will fully refund you, including the original shipping cost. If you choose any other shipping method than our standard (XXX Shipping type name XXX), we will refund you only the returned products' value. If you only return some of your purchased products, you will not be refunded the shipping cost. Any discounts that may have been applied due to your orders' specific combination might also be lost and deducted from your refund in case of partial returns. It includes free shipping that might have been given due to the original order value.


Be careful about how you ship it back. Refrain from using the envelope or box you received the items in. They are strictly for one-time use and should be put directly into a recycling bin. Envelopes are not strong enough to handle multiple shipments and have been designed to go straight to recycling.
Thus, it is always best to use new and safe protective packaging when returning items to us. Please also refrain from using thin paper envelopes; they're not protective enough. Well-padded cardboard boxes are usually the best solution.

If an item is returned to us and damaged during the return transportation, we cannot accept the return. Instead, you must file a claim with the postal service you chose as your shipper.

Note that you, as a customer, are always responsible for the cost of the return plus the insurance and tracking of the items returned to us.


With any refund, we are always obligated to refund the money to the source from which it came. This means that we cannot change the bank account of the reimbursement. We usually process any refund within five business days. From the time of our reimbursement, reaching you can take anywhere from a few seconds to a week. It depends on the payment method you choose and your bank.
