The top ball is a cross, but it's not possible to unscrew it. The bottom ball has a diameter of 3/16" (5 mm).

Super nice piercing
This piercing is super pretty and fun to wear since it's a bit different. You have to get used to it a little.

doesn't look as good as in the picture
Instead of 'lapiņu', there is a large triangle at the ends of the cross. It's not as good as in the picture, but it's okay.
