All these barbells are made of surgical steel and have a flat top with a cheeky text. The text is covered with acrylic.

In this model, both the top and bottom balls can be unscrewed, which means that you can replace the bar with a shorter one. You can find a shorter bar at our online store. Note that, if you tend to lose balls, you can also add a replacement ball for your tongue barbell.
