The description doesn't mention the size of the spike, so it was a bit of a gamble, but I like it. The ratio of the spike to the arch matches the picture. The spike is 5mm long and 4mm wide on the 10mm arch.

I bought one with a wire size of 1.2 mm and a ring diameter of 10 mm for a septum piercing. It felt like big nails for a small piece of jewelry. I wish it came in a 12 mm diameter for a 1.2 mm wire size. But other than that, it's a nice piercing piece.
