Holds its color and is comfortable.
I have been wearing the gold version as a helix piercing continuously for half a year. The color hasn't faded at all, the stone is still intact, even though I have been to the spa and the beach several times with it. It's comfortable to sleep in, I can't feel it at all while wearing it. My chain hasn't gotten caught on anything.
