You can return items within 100 days if they are still in their original sealed packet. If the packet has been opened, returns require approval from our customer service team.
1. Put your item into a padded envelope. If it is damaged during transit, we cannot refund you. Please do not use the same packaging it arrived in. They are designed for one-time shipments only.
2. Download, print, and fill out our return form, and put it inside the padded envelope. Our address is written in this form. Please fill it out and send it along with the products you are returning.
- If you are from a non-EU country, you must complete a customs declaration form to attach to your return. If it is incomplete or not sent, customs could stop and return your parcel to you.
- The customs declaration and your order invoice must be attached to the outside of your parcel. The forms need to be visible to customs.
3. Send your parcel to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service. If it is lost on the way to us, we cannot refund you.
Refunds go back to the original form of payment once the item or order is received by our team and provided our return criteria has been met. Credits take between 1-6 days depending on your account and payment method.
We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return your goods within 100 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
